I would give 0 stars if I could. This company does not communicate with their customers AT ALL. My best friend was moving from TX to GA and I signed and paid for the first part of the move. Below is a timeline of events:

• Pickup was scheduled for Friday 11/21/2025. She received no call, text, or email.

• After she called, she was told the truck was having issues and would be contacted between 12–2pm. That did not happen.

• At 2:30pm called again and was told the truck would not be available until Sunday.

• I waited for the pickup on Sunday between 12–2pm. No one arrived.

• After calling again, we were told arrival would be at 4:30pm.

• I was quoted WAY higher than what Rachael was quoted originally!

• She was told delivery would be the following Wednesday. No communication was provided.

• She has had to call multiple times to be told the truck was still in Texas undergoing various repairs/inspections. Each day she was given a different explanation.

• She was later told it would arrive Friday, then Sunday/Monday, all without any proactive communication.

• Calls and texts to your representative (Yuri/Yari) were ignored.

• When she called the main office, she spoke to Jessica, who was extremely rude, offered no answers, and hung up on her.

• The driver eventually contacted her and told her he could not access the delivery location because of a felony, which prevents him from entering the military base (WHICH I ADVISED THE THE COMPANY IT WAS GOING TO A MILITARY BASE WHEN THEY WERE PICKING UP THE ITEMS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULDNT BE AN ISSUE!!). No one has contacted my friend to provide an alternative plan.

• As of today, Wednesday, we still have no delivery date, no communication, and no resolution!!!!!

At this point, this is a clear breach of contract, including:

• Failure to pick up and deliver as agreed

• Failure to communicate

• Failure to provide a driver capable of accessing the delivery location

• Repeated misinformation regarding the truck’s status

• Unprofessional and hostile interactions with staff

and to top it all off, I had to sign a statement stating I cant file a chargeback with my credit card company... speaks HIGHLY on how SHADY this "business" is!!! Please contact Rachael with a SOLUTION.. ASAP!! This business is horrible and not worth the money we have paid!!

This is my second move with this company. They are wonderful. The first move they move my daughter to Florida and everything went well and without a hitch . We hired them again as a last minute move on Thursday, August 24 For a pick up Friday, August 25. They were fully booked because hurricane Harvey was approaching but Nicole my sales representative worked her magic and squeezed me in to the schedule all she asked is for flexibility with the pick up time. I was very relieved because we do live in the Meyerland area and we have already sustain 2 floods. So you can only imagine how happy I was that they were able to show up on Friday before the storm hit us they did show up late that evening and packed up all of our belongings and moved it out of the house. I was very surprised and they work that late since the storm was approaching and it was raining but these guys did not even take a break. They were hard-working guys
Most important They did not raise the price because it was a last-minute move or take advantage of us because we were desperate right before the storm they stuck to the quote that they gave us weeks ago and did not charge us a dime more. My house did flood but thanks to US van line I did not lose any of my belongings .
